Christopher A. Pahl (“Chris”) has family roots in Atlanta but was born and raised in Lakenheath, England, son of a U.S. military fighter pilot. After graduating from secondary school in Lakenheath, Chris moved to the United States, earning a B.A. in Sociology from Baylor University and J.D. from Mississippi College. Chris practices exclusively in the area of real estate and transactional law with a focus on residential and commercial conveyancing, distressed asset portfolio management, and property development. Representative clients include financial institutions, builders and developers, land/title companies and consumers.
He is a regular speaker in the real estate, lending and legal communities on topics related to land/title law. Chris serves on the board of directors for several non-profit organizations, and serves as legal counsel. Aside from practicing law, Chris is an avid hiker and attends church where is also a member of the diaconate.
